Today I'm going to outline the two profile types we created for JUMP: Member and Contributor Profiles.
Our Member Profiles allow anyone that ability to join and participate in the JUMP community. While the vast majority of web3 communities limit participation and membership to holding a token, we wanted to create something where anyone could join for free.
Our Contributor Profiles on the other hand require members to submit an application and mint a Sky Club NFT.
Having two profile types allows JUMP to keep its doors open to anyone who wants to join, while creating space for those who want to become active co-creators of JUMP's future.
Let's get into the details for each profile type.

Community First
Our approach from day one has been to put the community first. We've worked long and hard in collaboration with many community members to create a community platform that is designed to put people at the center.
Those who have minted our Sky Club NFT have played a critical role through both their participation as well as providing the first source of funding to help get this project off the ground.
We've built both a free resource that serves as an industry public good, as well as lifetime access and benefits to our earliest contributors.
When we say community first, we mean it.
Looking ahead
We'll continue to add value to both Member and Contributor Profiles. Our goal has been and always will be to create immense trust with those in our community. We hope this community platform is proof of our intention to put people and community at the center.
As JUMP grows, our plans include creating a suite of products and services for our community to tap into. We will take a percentage of all revenue and continue to re-invest in community. At the center will be both Member and Contributor Profiles.
Rather than making promises about putting community first, we wanted to show it first-hand. And more importantly, lay the proper foundation so that community always remains at the center.
